Well it appears that in some of the areas of San Jose home prices are inching up. What am I talking about. Well areas with high amounts of distressed sales going on are getting multiple offers and the buyers are offering more than the listed price to win the bid for the home. I have heard of some homes getting up to 40 offers. The prices in these areas are very attractive to first time and repeat buyers and investors. It is truly a great time to check out what is happening in the market right now and the rates are still very low. You should give serious thought to taking advantage of the market.
