Spring is coming and we usually see a rise in homes for sale but right now inventory is actually down. Why you ask? Well buyers are scooping up lower priced homes very soon after they hit the market and some having multiple offers. The price point where all this activity is happening is for homes priced $550,000 and less. If you have been waiting to get into this market I highly recommend to you that now is a great time to buy with low interest rates and well priced homes. Why wait?
