Times have changed is an understatement in todays Real Estate Market. A few years ago “Flippers” were buy and flipping homes as soon as the home increased in value and they were happy with the profit. Then they would usually do it again. Well with the Rock Bottom prices and low interest rates investors are buying and holding and actually getting positive cash flow or breaking even on the properties they are buying. I highly recommend to anyone interested in increasing their net worth that this is a very good time to do so. Why not find out if its the right time for you to enter this market.
