More Great News For Buyers

There is more Great News for buyers and more of an incentive for them to take advantage of todays low prices and fabulous rates. The Federal Housing Administration has announced that it is allowing its lenders to allow qualified home buyers to use the $8,000 tax credit as a down payment on their purchase.
This is wonderful news for buyers using FHA financing and should certainly help motivate them to enter the market and become new homeowners. Its a great time to check out whats happening in the market and take advantage of all it has to offer. What do you think.
